These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and kz77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all services offered by kz77 including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games, and all promotional or bonus activity. No person may use the kz77 platform without accepting these terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must cease using kz77 immediately.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a kz77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at registration and at all times while your account remains active.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration details. kz77 reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and location of any account holder at any time.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active kz77 account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by the same mobile number, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or residential address — constitute a breach of these T&C and will result in all associated accounts being closed with balances reviewed.

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kz77 login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party for any reason.
• Any activity conducted on your kz77 account using your login credentials is considered to have been authorised by you. kz77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain password security.

kz77 may close any account without prior notice where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a material breach of these T&C is identified. Where an account is closed due to verified fraud, any balance may be forfeited and subject to recovery action.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kz77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). kz77 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Deposit and withdrawal services are available exclusively via the supported Bangladesh mobile financial services listed below.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit at kz77 is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kz77, although your MFS provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may impose their own daily transaction limits per their own terms.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kz77 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from an account not matching your registered name may be reversed and the kz77 account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed credit to your kz77 wallet. Processing is typically under 30 seconds but may be delayed in rare cases due to MFS network issues outside kz77's control.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same MFS account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.
• kz77 will process approved withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible. The majority of withdrawals are completed within minutes of submission. kz77 does not impose arbitrary processing delays.
• kz77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: identity verification is outstanding; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; the account is under investigation for breach of T&C; or the amount includes bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement.
• kz77 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving MFS provider are outside kz77's control.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

kz77 may offer bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits to eligible users from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. The following general conditions apply to all kz77 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Failure to complete the rollover before the bonus expiry date results in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are available only to users who have made a qualifying deposit within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. No-deposit bonuses are governed entirely by their own specific terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bots or automated play strategies to game rollover requirements, or coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the BPL season are valid only for the stated promotional period and cannot be claimed after the stated end date regardless of when the qualifying deposit was made.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kz77. Any user found engaging in a prohibited activity will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all associated funds will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any AI tool to play games, place bets, or exploit bonus offers. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Using the kz77 platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity. kz77 cooperates fully with any lawful request from financial crime authorities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market. Match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any coordinated wagering arrangement designed to guarantee a return are prohibited.
• Opening or operating a kz77 account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your credentials to play, deposit, or withdraw on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities in kz77's platform or any connected game provider's software. Any winnings derived from an obvious error are void and kz77 is not required to honour such payouts.

kz77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Detection may result in immediate account suspension, a full transaction audit, and permanent closure with forfeiture of all funds. kz77 may also report prohibited activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino wagers placed on kz77 are subject to the following general rules. Specific game rules supplied by individual game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) take precedence over these general rules where a conflict exists within that specific game context.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the kz77 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Please verify all bet details before confirming. kz77 is not liable for bets placed on the wrong selection, market, or stake amount due to user error.
• In the event of a disputed result, kz77 will refer to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket: ICC, BCB, or the relevant board; for casino games: the game provider's certified RNG log. The official result is final and binding.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

kz77 may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 5, the eligibility conditions in Section 1, or the bonus conditions in Section 4.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or during a KYC check. Providing fraudulent documentation in response to a verification request is a serious breach and will be referred to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability
